The Brief
Vampire Survivors has been the gaming story of the last few years – a solo-dev indie shooter propelled to best-selling, BAFTA award-winning global acclaim off the back of being really, really fun.
So we’d be lying if we said we felt no pressure when asked to create a live action trailer bringing the game’s famous, much-loved 2D characters into the real world for the first time. We felt absolutely loads.
The result was our biggest production to date, painstakingly breathing life into the game with meticulous casting, costume, and production design, before rolling cameras on location and soundstage shoots, and finishing the process with high-level visual effects. Yeah, pretty proud of that.
