Netflix asked us to create a factual short exploring the real-life events that inspired The Wonder, a BAFTA nominated film starring Florence Pugh.
This meant sensitively packaging complex religious themes for a broad young audience, with limited access to assets and movie footage.

The true story of the starving girls is one of the most narratively complex videos we’ve created for Netflix. We crafted a deft, in-depth script to support filmed interviews featuring key talent, and leant on original designs and on-screen text for visual storytelling.
